Ken Charm It feels poorly made, but it keeps good time and looks fantastic on the wall. I figure as long as I don't handle the thing on a daily basis or drop it while changing the time or battery, it should give a good long life.

N. Coates We absolutely love this clock. Yes, it’s plastic, but on the wall, it looks like a vintage metal clock from the 50’s. The curved sides and raised lines make it look much more expensive than it is. The clock face is easy to read, and the red color is beautiful. I can attest to its sturdiness, as well. I thought I had the slot for hanging it over the nail, but didn’t. It immediately fell 8 feet to the floor with no damage to the outside or it’s timekeeping. Absolutely recommend!

K. Ide made of cheapo plastic but looks more like the original old kitchen clocks (metal) that my grandmother used. i have gotten several compliments on it, great for a retro 1950's kitchen.

Deborah Comstock I have clocks that have silent movements, but this clock ticks and I enjoy hearing it. Don't get to hear the ticking of clocks much anymore. It seems to work fine, even though I have had it only a week. Many of these clocks quit working after a year, but we will see.
