Does the clock auto-adjust for time changes?

No, our clocks do not automatically adjust for time changes (such as Daylight Saving Time). You’ll need to manually reset the time—and the date, if applicable—whenever a time change occurs.

How do I set the time on my clock?

How does the battery backup feature work?

The backup battery does not power the clock the same way as being plugged into an outlet. Its purpose is to retain the time and alarm settings during a power outage. When the clock is unplugged, the display will go dark and the alarm will not sound, but the internal clock continues to track time. Once power is restored, the display will turn back on with the correct time and saved settings.

Is there a warranty on Westclox clocks?

NYL Holdings LLC warrants the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by tampering, improper use, unauthorized modifications or repairs, immersion in water, or abuse. If you believe your clock qualifies under warranty, please contact support@nylholdings.com for assistance.
