We at The Westclox® Source realize that things can and do go wrong from time to time. While we do expect our clocks to work perfectly, our products are packed and processed by human beings. We promise to handle your request efficiently and courteously to ensure your satisfaction.
All of our clocks come with a full Westclox® warranty. Please contact us directly so that we can facilitate your return or refund.
Wrong Item Shipped, Damaged In Transit, or Defective Merchandise:
In the unfortunate event that you receive the incorrect item, or it is defective, or it has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it at NO cost to you for return shipping fees.
We recommend that you check your package immediately upon receipt for damage. If you notice obvious damage, you can refuse the package. Please contact us by email right away to initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
If we have sent you the wrong item, or it is defective, please contact us by email or phone so that we can send you a shipping label and arrange to send you a replacement.
Please note that all claims for defective, wrong items sent, or damaged in transit must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will be happy issue you a full refund.
UNOPENED, non-defective returned or refused products must be returned within 30 days, (or by January 25 if purchased after December 1). Returned items must be in the unopened original box, including original shipping carton and inserts, with original accessories, packaging, manuals and registration card in undamaged, unused, clean and brand-new condition.
Please contact us by email or by phone to initiate a return. Please include the name of the buyer, the order ID, date of purchase, the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return. We cannot accept returns without an email authorization.
Refunds are paid in same manner as original method of payment. Allow up to 5 business days after we receive the merchandise for processing. We usually process the refund immediately upon receipt of the return. Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
We will issue refunds for the product only, not shipping charges.
If you would like to exchange an item, the same terms apply as a refund. If you want an exchange with an item of greater value than the original item, we will charge you the difference. If you want an exchange with an item of lesser value than the original item, we will refund you the difference. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be charged for shipping the exchange item.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned. If you return an item that we determine is not resalable (missing or damaged packaging or manual or other inserts, missing pieces or accessories), we will be able to send it back to you at your expense, but it cannot be refunded.
Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the refund. If any order is refused by the customer (not due to damage in transit), return shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
Customers will incur the expense for returning the item. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We do not issue Pre-Paid Shipping Labels to return merchandise that is being sent back to us for a refund.
