Your Westclox

Every old clock has a story.

Tell us yours. The best stories, photos and family histories will appear in future issues of Tick Talk.

We're looking for all kinds of things. You might have a parent or grandparent who worked at the Peru plant, or an old Tick Talk in a drawer. Maybe there's a Big Ben or Baby Ben in your house that's older than you are. Or you found a Westclox in a barn, at an estate sale or in a wall during a renovation.

How to send it

  • Write us a few lines. Tell us who, where, when, and what the clock or the job meant to you.
  • Add photos if you have them. Show the clock, its dial and the back of the case, along with any people or places in the story. If it's a family photo, tell us who's in it.
  • Leave a way to reach you. We'll always ask before publishing your name, words or pictures.
