Joel S. We homeschool our kids and teaching them to tell real time is important to us, but difficult since everything is digital. This is great because it has a bite bright, vibrant colors. The hour, and minute hand are labeled and the minute hand has a little circle that points to the exact minute that it is right now. It's not a loud ticking which is really important to me because it drives me crazy. And I love the quarter past, half past, and Quarter To sections. All in all, great idea!

C Michel I know that analog clocks are considered old fashioned these days but I want to teach my grandson how to tell time with it for a number of reasons. First, it is really easy for him to understand how the day is broken up into segments. Secondly, can also get a clear picture of how long it takes for something to happen. For instance I can tell him that he has fifteen minutes to do something and he can clearly see when that is on this clock. The way it breaks up the hours, minutes and seconds it perfect. The second hand features a circle so you can see exactly what second it is. The hands are clearly labeled and the hourly segments are broken up into 1/4 hours as well. This well thought out and a great teaching tool for home schoolers. I recommend!
