1. Coverage. This extended warranty is provided by NYL Holdings LLC ("WestcloxSource," "we," "us"). We warrant that your registered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. If a covered defect occurs, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price.

2. Eligibility and covered brands. This extended warranty applies only to products purchased directly from us at westcloxsource.com and registered within 90 days of purchase. Coverage is limited to products of brands owned by NYL Holdings LLC at the time of your purchase (for example, Westclox, TimeLink, Big Ben, Baby Ben, Ingraham, and SXE). It does not apply to products of any brand we sell under license or do not own, which are covered solely by their respective brand owners' warranties, if any. Proof of purchase (order number) is required. The warranty is non-transferable and covers the original purchaser only.

3. What's covered. Defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal household use, including manufacturing faults, defective components, and assembly defects present at the time of purchase.

4. What's not covered.

• Normal wear and tear (see Section 5).
• Consumable and replaceable parts, including batteries, movements, hands, and similar components.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, drops, or improper handling.
• Damage from water, moisture, humidity, or exposure beyond the product's specifications.
• Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
• Damage from improper installation, power surges, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
• Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers.
• Products of any brand not owned by NYL Holdings LLC at the time of purchase, including brands we sell under license.

5. Normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover gradual changes from ordinary use over time, including:

• Fading, discoloration, or dulling of finishes, dials, and surfaces.
• Scratches, scuffs, dents, and cosmetic marks from handling or display.
• Tarnishing, oxidation, or corrosion of metal surfaces.
• Scuffing or clouding of glass, crystal, or lens covers.
• Dimming or fading of luminous or printed markings.
• Loosening of hands, knobs, or decorative elements over time.
• Wear or degradation of adhesives, felt pads, backing materials, and mounting hardware.

6. How to make a claim. Email support@westcloxsource.com with your order number and a description and photos of the issue. We may ask you to return the product. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cover shipping on repaired or replacement products sent back to you.

7. Repair or replacement. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and of equal or comparable value. Repair or replacement does not extend the original three-year term. If a product or part is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable item or issue a refund.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYL Holdings LLC's total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.

9. Statutory rights. This warranty is in addition to any rights provided under applicable law and does not replace your statutory rights.
