Anyone who has ever ordered a clock from The Westclox Source knows that we mean business when it comes to Customer Service!
As simple as a clock may be, choosing the right one can be difficult. We’ll help you find the right clock for you, and if we don’t know the answer to your question, we’ll make sure we get it for you so you can make the right decision.
We understand that clocks have a lot of little parts to make them work, and whether during the manufacturing process, the long boat ride from China, or while nestled in a FedEx truck on its way to your house, a lot can happen to a clock that left the factory in perfect working condition.
And once you’ve received your clock, if you have any problems at all just let us know and we’ll either help you get it working, replace it, or refund it. No hassles, no complicated procedures.
We receive calls and emails from Westclox owners who have purchased clocks at various retailers, both online and in “real” stores, and need to repair or replace their clock under the warranty. Unfortunately, most (almost all!) of them do not have some proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and Westclox cannot honor the warranty. Our WestcloxSource.com customers, however, are fully covered…since we already have their proof of purchase. We will take care of your claim without sending you on to another office.
